AmTrust needs to develop, implement, execute and monitor state strategies, Growth and Profitability management and key performance indicators in alignment with countrywide goals and initiatives for the Workers’ Compensation Line of Business in assigned region.

- Reporting and analysis skills (SQL, PowerBI, ANA) both as producer and consumer
- Working knowledge of workers compensation system
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and execute line of business product and pricing strategy in designated states
- Responsible for Growth and Profitability management in assigned region
- Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management
- Deep understanding of key performance indicators and line of business expertise to positively influence KPIs
- Ad-hoc analysis in support of regional personnel
- Develop a long-term strategic roadmap and translate strategy into action.
- Create key KPIs to optimize profit, growth, and to prevent adverse selection.
Other
- 5+ years experience in workers compensation related field, with focus on Underwriting/Product Management/Actuarial or Data Science.
- Communication skills are paramount, both written, oral and presentations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Regional Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Reserving) and functional areas to support profitable growth
- Communicate and coordinate with regional sales and underwriting leaders to maintain in-depth knowledge of changing market conditions
- Improve confidence in AmTrust’s WC line of business, both with executive and field personnel.
