Okta is looking to define and execute a strategy for its AI portfolio, specifically focusing on Auth0 for AI Agents. The goal is to help developers and organizations build secure and scalable agentic applications, addressing the growing importance of identity and security in the AI landscape.
Requirements
- Deep technical acumen and hands-on developer credibility: Strong understanding of identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), APIs, AI frameworks, and the emerging agent ecosystem.
- Ability to write code and work directly with APIs, SDKs, and sample applications to prototype and validate developer workflows.
- Proven "0-to-1" and scaling experience: Demonstrated success in building and launching new products, programs, or business lines from scratch, and scaling them into durable, widely adopted solutions.
- Exceptional product instincts: Ability to deeply understand developer needs and translate them into compelling, integrated product experiences.
- Growth Mindset: A dual-threat leader who is as comfortable diving into technical details as they are in developing and executing a go-to-market growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for Auth0's AI portfolio, with a focus on Auth0 for AI Agents.
- Identify high-impact opportunities and ecosystem partnerships that expand reach, accelerate adoption, and deliver differentiated value to developers and enterprises.
- Bring a "0-to-1" entrepreneurial mindset to define, experiment, and launch new products, combined with the experience to scale them into mature, widely adopted solutions.
- Partner with engineering, design, and external collaborators to deliver secure, scalable, and developer-friendly solutions that address the unique challenges of agentic applications.
- Shape and influence emerging standards in identity and AI, including agent-to-agent (A2A) communication and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Represent Auth0 as a thought leader with industry groups and the developer community.
- Collaborate with GTM teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Developer Marketing, and Developer Relations) to ensure successful launches, enablement, and measurable adoption of Auth0's AI offerings.

- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role, with a significant focus on B2B SaaS and developer-facing products.
- Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
- Provide direction, coaching, and career development to scale impact across the portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and developers to uncover needs, validate solutions, and ensure Auth0 for AI Agents delivers meaningful value in real-world use cases.
- The ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed organization, working effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and sales leaders.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate a complex strategy and vision to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to developers.
- You must attend in person onboarding in the San Francisco office the first week.
