  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate between business, technical, and media/adtech domains

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion a long-term, business-level product vision for omnichannel activation
  • Oversee end-to-end platform development across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure solutions are API-first, engineered for scale, and designed to integrate seamlessly with adtech and martech ecosystems
  • Prioritize platform features based on market trends, partner opportunities, customer needs, and business imperatives
  • Drive comprehensive research and analysis across media, adtech, and omnichannel activation trends
  • Translate industry shifts, consumer behavior, and technology advancements into actionable platform strategy
  • Promote a data-driven culture, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategy, measure performance, and iterate rapidly across portfolios

Other

  • Proven experience leading large-scale product management organizations, including managing directors and senior product leaders
  • 10–15+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
