Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Requirements
- 10+ plus years DoD acquisition experience is necessary, and familiarity with propulsion systems or applications for propulsion systems is strongly desired
- 3+ years leading complex programs with responsibility for direct or indirect team leadership
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring Beehive technology development programs deliver on requirements, cost, and schedule
- Effectively interface and collaborate with external customers, senior leaders, technical teams, and operations teams to ensure overall program success and drive future business opportunities
- Work with leaders to influence how product management should be implemented on current and future projects.
- Support continuous improvement of program management processes and tools
- Take on key department wide initiatives, working with a variety of cross functional stakeholders to improve the overall technical capabilities within the organization

- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Military veterans preferred
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
