Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive product portfolio strategy across multiple brands, channels, and market segments, ensuring optimal positioning and competitive advantage
- Drive new product development from ideation through commercialization, managing a robust innovation pipeline worth $50M+ in annual revenue potential
- Conduct sophisticated market research including qualitative/quantitative analysis, willingness-to-pay studies, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and execute advanced economic models to evaluate product opportunities, pricing strategies, and ROI optimization across the portfolio
- Oversee product lifecycle management, rationalization initiatives, and margin optimization strategies for 200+ SKUs
- Partner closely with plant leadership to ensure seamless product launches, quality standards, and operational efficiency
- Drive key performance metrics including revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains

- 10+ years of progressive product management experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing $100M+ product portfolios with demonstrable revenue and margin growth
- Exceptional cross-functional influence skills with ability to drive results without direct authority
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive and customer-facing interactions
