Luxury Presence is looking to define and formalize the product marketing function to bring AI products to market, drive growth beyond $100M ARR, and strengthen its leadership in the AI era of real estate.
Requirements
- Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills, able to distill complex product capabilities into crisp, compelling value propositions
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without direct authority
- Expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies for SaaS products, from ideation to post-launch optimization
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using market research, customer insights, and competitive data to inform strategy
- Adept at building sales enablement content that equips teams to handle objections, differentiate against competitors, and close deals faster
- Experience partnering with demand generation to translate product positioning into high-converting campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executive audiences and customers
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine product positioning and messaging across the portfolio
- Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and major releases
- Establish a competitive intelligence program to monitor market shifts, competitor moves, and emerging trends
- Develop compelling enablement materials such as battlecards, product one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides
- Define and track KPIs for product marketing performance, including adoption rates, win rates, deal velocity, and campaign ROI
- Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, establishing clear roles, best practices, and a culture of excellence
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to gather feedback, identify unmet needs, and uncover expansion opportunities to shape roadmaps and campaigns
Other
- 8+ years in product marketing or product management, including 3+ years in a senior strategic role at a high-growth SaaS company
- Track record of launching and scaling successful products in competitive markets
- Deep experience in competitive analysis, segmentation, and buyer persona development
- Experience working with product management teams to shape roadmaps based on market opportunities
- Prior success building scalable product marketing playbooks and frameworks
