Microsoft is looking to hire a Director, Product Marketing to help organizations on their journey to build intelligent apps and agentic solutions that unlock new business models and human potential, driving growth in a mobile-first, cloud-first world where AI will define the next decade.
Requirements
- 4+ years developing and executing multi-channel strategies.
- 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for Solution Play in Enterprise, including audience needs, market research, targeting, and customer, partner, and seller journey requirements. Also, determine investment mix and levers.
- Drive Solution Play priorities in Enterprise by partnering with Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) and marketing teams.
- This includes preparing integrated marketing briefs, sharing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) insights, and focusing on the impact of Highly Engaged pipeline.
- Establish a feedback loop with Strategy, Enablement & Operations (SE&O) and Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) to drive activation, connect marketing with sales, and identify insights and gaps to share with corporate teams.
- Run weekly Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings across Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) levers to accelerate progress and implement plans based on data and insights.
- Collaborate with MCAPS and marketing pods.

- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- 3 days / week in-office
