Salesforce is looking for a Director of Strategy and Operations to drive integrated planning, operational excellence, and strategic project execution across the Data Cloud Product Marketing team, positioning Salesforce as the leader in data and AI.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Product Marketing to shape the team’s strategic agenda, translate priorities into actionable workstreams, and manage execution of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and V2MOM metric reporting.
- Develop and lead the roadmap, delivery, and execution of key operational initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic initiatives for the Data Cloud Product Marketing team, building project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
- Work with functional leads to proactively improve processes and propose solutions for resourcing prioritization, budget planning & management, business priorities, and tools.
- Drive education and clarity around KPIs, define and interpret new metrics to monitor performance, evaluate resource allocation, and deliver actionable insights that articulate impact.
- Drive internal communications and alignment through leadership updates, Slack channels, and executive-ready presentations.
- Identify cross-pollination opportunities across all functions to increase the joint impact of marketing, extending beyond Data Cloud to align with Salesforce Platform, Corporate Marketing, and cross-cloud initiatives

- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to set priorities, align teams, and deliver results.
- Strategic thinking to identify and understand the short- and long-term goals of the organization and how to achieve them.
