Requirements
- Understanding of agile methodologies and scrum framework, familiarity with scaled agile framework (SAFe) and experience with backlog management/agile development tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on approach to managing product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and establish product strategies across a suite of enterprise digital products, including those for customers, providers, employers, brokers and employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Manage the development of product roadmaps that integrate customer insights and business strategy, supported by both qualitative and quantitative data, to drive product success and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders on the Digital (IT) team to manage strategic prioritization decisions based on execution capacity and business impact.
- Identify and manage key metrics or performance indicators for our digital products, ensuring they align with business goals and drive actionable insights.
- Analyze product analytics and key performance indicators, providing actionable recommendations to improve digital product adoption, satisfaction, and overall performance.
- Collaborate across the organization to support and evaluate vendor and partner decisions that integrate with our digital products, ensuring seamless and effective partnerships.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency by leveraging advanced technologies and innovative solutions.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working on a product team, preferably with direct experience as a Product Manager.
- Previous management/leadership experience required including leading teams and demonstrated collaboration within the organization.
- Strong visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong motivation to enhance internal customer experience and improve operational efficiency drives innovation.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
