Drata is looking to solve the business problem of helping customers build, maintain, and communicate trust at scale continuously by leading the strategy, development, and execution of their Security Assurance product suite, specifically focusing on the Trust Center and related capabilities. The company aims to empower customers with industry-leading transparency and assurance experiences, addressing the burdens of manual, redundant, error-prone, and unscalable GRC processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years in leadership roles in SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling platform-level or customer-facing products; experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or trust-related domains is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B environment is required
- Success leading products from 0 to 1 and scaling them to high-growth.
- Understanding of what it takes to deliver enterprise-grade solutions, including configurability, scalability, and robust UX.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, customer-centric thinking, and market awareness.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for Drata's Trust portfolio, aligning with company strategy and growth objectives.
- Guide the evolution of Trust Center, focusing on configurability, analytics, integrations, and content management to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Define and own product-related OKRs and metrics, evaluating impact and iterating based on results and learnings.
- Partner with Engineering to ship high-quality, innovative solutions with speed and scale, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch refinement.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts to position Drata as a category leader in trust.
- Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs through research, feedback, and direct engagement, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful business value.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align product direction, drive clarity, and ensure trust-focused capabilities are a core differentiator in the market.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
