Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking to solve the problem of quality assurance across a modern agile organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products supporting key business units.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience of software development and deployment of distributed multi-tier applications
- 5+ years’ experience of QA leadership experience with emphasis on automated testing
- Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience managing QA systems development in new computing architectures and environments;
- Knowledge or relevant technology, tools, and middleware is critical
- Strong in both breadth and depth of experience with multiple programming languages and development techniques
Responsibilities
- Leadership and mentoring to the quality assurance team, including both manual testing and automated testing.
- Define and scale a modern QA strategy and roadmap that aligns with an Agile and continuous delivery environment.
- Technical project management for multiple complex QA projects.
- Prototyping or planning POCs justifying new technologies.
- Lead and organize QA Intake initiatives with the team across all Shamrock Technology.
- Consult on complex projects and is considered the top-level contributor/specialist.
