Fidelity is looking to enhance and maintain Sales and Relationship Management functionalities in their CRM Salesforce platform to redefine the sales, servicing & client experience for their high yield investment team with over $100B of client assets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in writing user and system stories and related documentation.
- Experience with SQL (Oracle) and Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to diagram and communicate business processes and system workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate systems and recommend improvements.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers and administrators.
- Define and execute the Salesforce engineering roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in development, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to ensure cohesive system design.
- Perform data analysis using SQL (Oracle) and Excel to support decision-making and solution design.
- Diagram business processes and system workflows to support solution architecture and stakeholder understanding.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Must be able to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be able to work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Must be able to manage project timelines, deliverables, and team capacity.
