The company is seeking an experienced Director to lead its Software Asset Management processes and capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, aiming for compliance, cost optimization, and achievement of business outcomes.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of IT asset management best practices, software licensing, and compliance.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow ITAM certifications preferred
- Experience with SAM Pro and Flexera
Responsibilities
- Own the software asset management process strategy and roadmap within ServiceNow, aligning capabilities to enterprise asset management, regulatory and audit requirements.
- Overlay RBC/CNB/Brewin Dolphin integration efforts with overall process strategy and objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, architecture, and ServiceNow Platform teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices.
- Anticipate, track and escalate risks as required.
- Drive continuous improvement and make key decisions through product analytics and user feedback.
Other
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
- Banking and financial regulatory experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Agile Product Owner certification.
