Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Software Development to champion and lead software development and deliver quality results for our organization, evolving legacy applications into modern, supportable applications.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud first development and microservice architectures and or strategies
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to make development organizations more efficient and accurate in their delivery.
- Experience with .NET, SQL, Angular, Oracle, React, etc.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Experience managing and applying agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern technologies, architectures and agile development methods
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of managers responsible for software development.
- Develop and maintain an accountable department that delivers high-quality code.
- Stay current with modern software development technology, including Artificial Intelligence, to establish and evolve the software development strategy.
- Establish and deliver KPI’s and metrics for managing and reporting performance.
- Communicate the progress and status of all development teams to a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with projects requiring the development of advanced automation testing frameworks and various performance testing methodologies.
- Experience managing measurable success in delivering quality software that meets the business needs using agile methodologies.

- M-F 8AM-5 PM CT and additional hours as business requires
