Fiserv is looking to hire a Director of Software Development to lead a team of talented developers in creating cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges within the financial services technology sector.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software development and programming.
- 8+ years of experience leading teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Java, C, C-Sharp, C++, or similar programming languages.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL databases.
- 4+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing direction and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications that align with Fiserv's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Experience in the financial services industry.
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
