Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI) is looking to solve the business problem of enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation across various industries by providing innovative software solutions. They aim to enable the growth of Honeywell's ARR business through sound architecture and product design, and to define product needs for the next generation of SaaS and On-prem solutions.
Requirements
- Technical leadership experience in architecting SaaS applications on Azure, GCP or AWS, hybrid and On-prem applications
- Deep technical expertise in data platforms, machine learning along with experience in AI and implementing concepts like MLOPS/AutoML
- Proficient in frontend technologies such as React, Angular and backend technologies such as .Net, Java or Python with understanding of various databases.
- We value experience with generative AI and LLMs, agentic AI application architectures
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques, both for backend and frontend systems.
- Monitor and evaluate new technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and implementing innovative SaaS, On-prem and Hybrid solutions that suit market needs.
- Manage a team to deliver solution in an agile manner around analytics, product integrations, product onboarding
- Engage with business leadership, customers, and marketing teams to define product needs for the next generation of SaaS and On-prem solutions.
- Partner with development teams to assure whole SDLC is executed along with customer adoption and commercial success.
- Create and own the technical roadmap to meet the business objectives of the data platform strategy.
- Design and implement software architectures: Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
- Ensure architectural compliance: Enforce architectural standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with security, performance, and other requirements.

- Minimum of 15 years relevant industry experience (software) in Software development, system architecture and/or design, system consulting or Technical Sales
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Developing and maintaining technical standards for architectural practices within the organization
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Domain experience in Industrial automation with experience is Asset reliability, SCADA, DCS and MES systems
