Cohere Health is looking to build out its AI-enabled clinical intelligence SaaS by leading high-caliber full-stack software engineering teams through the product lifecycle, from inception to design, build, and delivery, to solve complex problems across the business and improve payer-provider collaboration, cost containment, and healthcare economics.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a product-oriented team lead with expertise in one or more programming languages and frameworks, preferably on the JVM
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in software development and engineering processes.
- Work closely with product management to define product requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of products and features.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of products.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect company data and intellectual property.

- 8+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- 5+ years of experience in building B2B, multi-tenant SaaS products
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget
- Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences
- Prior experience in B2B enterprise sales environment
- Fully remote opportunity with about 20% travel
