The company is looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to drive execution, quality, and speed in product development.
Requirements
- Strong domain expertise in distributed architectures, including scaling both horizontally and vertically
- Experience with high-performance network and security platforms, user authentication mechanisms, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of Agile cloud lifecycle deployment, CI/CD automation frameworks
- Deploying AI inferencing systems at cloud scale, CUDA, GPU’s, VLLMs
Responsibilities
- Driving a results-oriented culture focused on execution, quality, and speed
- Evangelizing the product vision internally and externally, while representing the company, product, and team at all levels
- Collaborating closely with Product Management to develop and deliver on product roadmaps
- Recognizing process and product gaps early and driving substantial improvements
- Prioritizing service stability features along with innovation and platform features
Other
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering/technical field
- 15+ years of experience in technical roles in development or enterprise services, at large organizations or innovative startups
- Proven track record of delivering products at startup speed.
- Proven ability to nurture innovation and successfully mentor and coach cross-geographic teams
- Executive presence with exceptional Product, People, and Process management skills
