Requirements
- Deep technical expertise with confirmed ability to drive technical solutions and automation frameworks/pipelines such as Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, Karate, etc.
- Practical experience with quality engineering fundamentals such as test automation, data virtualization, and CI/CD integration
- Experience with agile development teams and quality engineering practices
- Strong technical leadership experience building an environment and culture to support software quality engineering practices
- Software testing certifications preferred (ISTQB, CSTE, CAST, ICP-ATA, etc.)
- BS or MS degree in a technical field such as computer science/engineering or related field
- 10+ years of technical leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Leading a distributed team of Quality Engineers in the Workplace Stock Plan Services (SPS) domain
- Establishing standards for the chapter and influencing strategic decision-making
- Building solutions in the area of expertise
- Managing a team of chapter members who work within autonomous squads across product areas
- Developing associates' knowledge area and ensuring alignment on the 'how' of the work they perform
- Driving technical solutions and automation frameworks/pipelines such as Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, Karate, etc.
- Implementing quality gates with an audit and governance approach

- Seasoned technical global people leader focused on leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong multi-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record as an outspoken peer leader with peer coaching and strong communications and presentation skills
- BS or MS degree in a technical field such as computer science/engineering or related field
- Must be able to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
