The role will shape how the team operates and grows, drive product innovation, and scale AI-driven experiences on Trailhead and the Trailblazer Community.
Requirements
- Experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, Javascript, and HTML.
- Experience developing and maintaining foundational AI infrastructure and tooling for their teams.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Apex, REST/SOAP API.
- Experience with leading design and architect discussions.
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and participate in architecture designs.
- Experience with short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, and experience working on a product that’s been released for public consumption.
- Working experience in software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations
