Salesforce is looking for a highly technical leader to drive technical projects and provide leadership for a group of engineers to build and expand core AI capabilities, including developing and maintaining foundational AI infrastructure and tooling for Trailhead and Trailblazer Community teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, Javascript, and HTML
- Experience developing and maintaining foundational AI infrastructure and tooling for their teams
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Apex, REST/SOAP API
- Experience with leading design and architect discussions
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and product management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and participate in architecture designs
- Experience with short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, and experience working on a product that’s been released for public consumption
- Working experience in software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations

- Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many cross functional teams, architects, product owners and engineers

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Travel may be required
