OpsVeda is seeking a Director of Software Sales to lead strategic enterprise engagements in the U.S. market, focusing on AI-powered platforms for supply chain and operations to achieve real-time visibility, smarter decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales, with a proven record of closing large and complex deals.
- Background in supply chain, ERP, or digital transformation highly desirable.
- Ability to lead by influence, set deal strategy, and coach junior sales executives.
- Skilled at uncovering business needs, building ROI-driven cases, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong closing skills, hunger to win, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise software sales engagements with senior executives across supply chain, operations, and digital transformation.
- Manage a consultative sales process — from discovery, influence, and business case development to negotiation and closing.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
- Partner with marketing, solutions, and customer success teams to ensure customer adoption and growth.
- Represent OpsVeda at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (up to 30% travel).
