Requirements
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience 10 years)
- Significant experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management
- Established project management skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Global team and define Sourcing Category Strategy for $315M for Software
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sourcing decisions
- Lead or support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality systems, and legal requirements
- Support global and regional sourcing initiatives and projects
- Demonstrate knowledge in this category and clear understanding of key market dynamics and trends within these sub-categories
- Responsible for execution, monitoring, reporting and creating a plan for key priorities including: cost savings initiatives, AWT, supplier relationship management, contracting, risk mitigation, sustainability and creating improvement plans where needed

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to lead cross functional projects and lead teams in complex decision making on important initiatives leading to desired outcomes
