Fidelity's SPS Private Markets is seeking a product owner to deliver new capabilities and business growth for late-stage, enterprise clients by supporting the intersection of Fidelity’s public and private equity administration offering, enabling clients and their participants to achieve impactful ownership via their platform and servicing offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience and demonstrated achievement in product/project management, product or systems design/development, and/or new product development
- Private Company Capitalization Table, Equity Financing and Administration, Financial Services experience preferred
- Passion for product design and development using best practices such as Agile, Design Thinking, and Job-to-be-Done frameworks.
- Strong technical abilities supporting platform strategy, design, and implementation within the technology and organizational systems associated within large enterprises
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of distilling insights and customer behaviors leveraging data driven hypothesis from abstract and unstructured data to understanding client needs, translate them into strategic goals, prioritize to enhance value delivered, and action them into delivery
