Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus around building technical products and services.
- 5+ years of experience working with Cloud computing technologies and Micro-services architectures.
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams.
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity.
- Experience in Pharmacy technology
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and cloud based delivery models
- Deep knowledge in software development with AI/ML applications in workflow optimization, predictive analytics and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire cross-functional product management teams, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with the RX Modernization vision.
- Agile Product Leadership: Guide teams to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring quick and informed decision-making to drive rapid iterations and product improvements.
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for the RX Modernization Program, aligning with business objectives to deliver cutting-edge pharmacy management solutions.
- Customer-Centric Design: Translate customer and colleague needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring exceptional user experiences and improved Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Technology Enablement: Leverage modern technologies like cloud computing, AI, and microservices to build scalable, reliable, and innovative products that meet future pharmacy needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and iteration, leveraging data-driven insights to improve products and operational processes.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with pharmacy operations and analytics teams to design intelligent workflows, optimize efficiencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
- Master' degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA
