Experience in leveraging AI/Machine Learning solutions to optimize fraud detection
Hands-on experience in generating analytical insights from large-scale data using python, SQL or similar programming languages
Responsibilities
Leverage cutting-edge AI/Machine Learning Solutions to define Fraud Detection strategies across Fidelity’s products and business lines.
Use anomaly detection and linking/graph solutions to enable discovery of fraud rings and coordinated events.
Design profiling and trust solutions to offer intuitive and customized experiences to Fidelity’s customers.
Collaborate with partner teams to respond to fraud events, mitigate risk and customer impact.
Other
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative fields with 12 years of experience in Fraud Risk management in financial institutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse set of key stakeholders
Experience in project management and problem solving in a complex environment.
