Salesforce is looking to solve the business and technical problem of transforming its workforce for the AI-augmented future by leading the enterprise strategy, global rollout, and operational success of internal talent marketplace and workforce transformation programs, including Career Connect, Agentforce for Careers, and related AI-powered tools. The goal is to translate platform potential into business outcomes, accelerate internal mobility, enable skills development, and embed skills into workforce transformation programs.
Requirements
- Experience with AI-powered talent systems, including recommendation engines, skills inference, and conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with human + AI collaboration, responsible AI frameworks, and principles of ethical tech deployment in the workplace.
- Ability to partner with technical teams to translate AI capabilities into workforce-relevant, trust-enhancing applications.
- Proven success driving large-scale HR tech or workforce initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of skills-based planning, job architecture, internal mobility, and talent development models.
- Ability to connect workforce insights to business impact and translate strategic vision into scalable, repeatable programs.
- High proficiency in program design, planning, and execution—especially in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to shape experience design, implementation planning, and capability integration based on business needs.
- Work alongside technical teams to support implementation of skills inference models, recommendation engines, and generative UX aligned with workforce needs.
- Partner with analytics teams to generate forward-looking insights that link skills supply/demand to redeployment, mobility, and development pathways.
- Manage enterprise-level program planning and execution, including pilots, scaling, communications, and measurement strategies.
- Define success metrics across adoption, usage, internal mobility, redeployment outcomes, and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain engagement forums, governance routines, and feedback loops with senior stakeholders and end users.
- Develop compelling narratives, toolkits, and enablement resources that drive sustainable behavior change and enterprise alignment

- 10+ years in enterprise program management, workforce transformation, or talent strategy, ideally within a global matrixed organization.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive alignment skills.
- Strategic, systems-oriented thinker with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Delivery-focused mindset, able to embed skills into workforce programs and translate analytics into business-ready insights.
