Requirements
- Deep expertise in endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, JAMF), Windows/Mac platforms, Active Directory/Entra ID
- Proven experience architecting virtual desktop or cloud workspace environments (VMware Horizon, AVD, Windows 365)
- Familiarity with clinical IT and Epic infrastructure
- Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration, MDM/UEM, and hardware lifecycle strategies
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital employee experience platforms and user-focused design principles
Responsibilities
- Leads an Infrastructure Services and Management group by developing, communicating, and building consensus for programs that support a business, function or geographic area
- Develops and articulates a strategic vision for areas of responsibility and assigned technology domains
- Makes recommendations regarding improvement for quality, increased efficiency, productivity, and cost reductions
- Translating enterprise and clinical priorities into a clear strategy for end-user technologies, including desktop engineering, field services, messaging, mobile, collaboration, and endpoint operations
- Providing strategic guidance and architectural frameworks to support scalable, consistent, and secure solutions across the digital workplace
- Supporting the Endpoint Engineering Director by absorbing technical planning, design standards, and governance responsibilities
- Championing the digital employee experience (DEX) by ensuring technologies and workflows are seamless, efficient, and tailored to clinical, administrative, and hybrid workforce needs
Other
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- 10+ years in enterprise IT, with 5+ years in a technical architecture or engineering leadership role
