NREL is seeking a Director's Fellowship Postdoctoral Researcher to support the laboratory's mission and goals in renewable energy research and related disciplines.
Requirements
- PhD in Applied Engineering, Fundamental Science, Engineering or Science Technology with substantial work in analysis
- Experience in renewable energy research and related disciplines
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement research proposals
- Experience with scientific publishing and presenting
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary research teams and collaborations
Responsibilities
- Conduct research in renewable energy and related disciplines
- Develop and implement research proposals
- Collaborate with NREL mentors and other researchers
- Publish research findings in scientific journals and present at conferences
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations in renewable energy
- Participate in multidisciplinary research teams
- Advance the state-of-the-art in renewable energy research and development
