PayPal is looking to develop methods and evaluation criteria for projects, align business opportunities with technical innovations, and deliver long-term impactful results, while also creating and driving the ads technology strategy, infrastructure, and architecture for the PayPal Ads organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in engineering, building platforms at scale
- Deep understanding of ML models, personalization engines, and automation tools
- Familiarity with real-time ML model serving and streaming infrastructure
- Degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of the advertiser, agencies, and advertiser branding and performance needs
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technology concepts effectively

- Lead technical initiatives: Drive the design, development, implementation, and deployment of ad technologies and solutions
- Lead the development and optimization of state-of-the-art machine learning models that powers Ads personalization
