Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering complex systems at scale
- Deep expertise in system architecture, software design patterns, and modern development practices
- Strong experience with web and mobile application development, including cloud-native architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy and mentor engineering teams
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and experience integrating LLMs into production systems is a plus
- Familiarity with product development workflows and tools such as Jira, Figma, and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal architect and engineering lead for complex, cross-functional software initiatives
- Design and implement scalable systems across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
- Lead technical strategy and decision-making for core platforms, including AI integrations, enterprise automation, and internal tooling
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, code quality, and continuous learning
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns that align with our long-term goals
- Contribute to the development of internal standards, best practices, and reusable components
