The Distribution Sales Data Analyst role is designed to support the Intermediary sales efforts of Morgan Stanley Investment Management by analyzing and implementing the use of sales data.

Responsibilities
- Research industry and product data from a variety of sources to help provide strategic analysis for the sales teams
- Lead multiple projects related to MSIM’s distribution of Mutual Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Specialty Solution Products, Alternative Products and Exchange-Traded Funds
- Conduct analysis, present alternatives, recommend and provide assistance in uncovering sales opportunities
- Oversee development, implementation and measurement of targeted campaigns and manage publication of key analytical deliverables for senior management and sales force
- Gain a deep understanding of the goals and needs of MSIM US Intermediary sales channels via continuous intra-department engagement, staying up-to-date with business trends, strategic initiatives, new products, and third party data sets
- Serve as liaison between Data Reporting team and MSIM Sales Management
- Assist in implementation of targeted tactical sales initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Preferred 1-3 years of financial services experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
