Global Payments is looking to increase sales performance and revenue growth within a designated region by leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals.

Requirements

  • Utilizing the Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
  • Monitor team activity, track performance metrics and ensure effective execution of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor team activity, track performance metrics and ensure effective execution of the sales process.

Other

  • Lead and inspire a team of top-performing sales professionals, ensuring they achieve and exceed sales goals within your designated region.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions to keep your team motivated, accountable, and equipped for success.
  • This position requires hands-on fieldwork, with at least three days per week in the field spent working directly with your team to support and guide them through the sales process.
  • Focus on larger strategic deals within your territory and play a role in the recruiting process to ensure the team’s success.
  • Responsible for making sure the team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
  • Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with leader.
