Dividend is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to identify, define, prioritize, and launch features and products to further serve their customers and contractors, working cross-functionally to drive strategy and ensure features solve customer problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Exceptional at planning, execution, and communicating with a diverse team
  • Extremely detail oriented, organized, and a reliable self-starter
  • Confident in driving accountability from scrum team while managing expectations of stakeholders
  • Able to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Problem solver with strong analytical abilities
  • Able to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the product owner for an Agile scrum team, partnering closely with engineering to ensure delivery of new features and accountability
  • Develop and manage the roadmap for your product area to deliver against company objectives and product area OKRs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and define product requirements for new product initiatives
  • Develop data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to track product success
  • Partner closely with our contractor facing teams, conduct customer research and pursue customer feedback to deeply understand and address our customers' needs
  • Lead key projects from concept through planning to development, launch, and post-launch support
  • Manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
