BayOne Solutions is seeking a unique Django Developer & UX Specialist who combines strong technical development skills with exceptional user experience design intuition to build enterprise-grade web applications that are not only technically robust but also intuitive and user-friendly.
Requirements
- 2years of hands-on Django development experience with strong Python fundamentals
- Proven experience designing and building user interfaces for web applications
- Django Development: Solid Django and Python proficiency with understanding of MVT architecture
- Frontend Expertise: Advanced HTMLS, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 5 implementation skills
- Design Tools: Proficiency with wireframing and mockup creation (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools)
- U/UX Fundamentals: Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and responsive design
- Database Knowledge: Experience with PostgreSQl, Snowflake, and database design for user-facing applications
Responsibilities
- Design complete user workflows for admin dashboards, workflow management tools, and multi- step processes
- Create intuitive navigation patterns and information architecture for complex business applications
- Develop wireframes, user journey maps, and interface mockups to communicate design concepts to the team
- Build responsive, interactive interfaces using Django templates, Bootstrap 5, HTMLS, and CSS3
- Implement modern UI components including cards, utility classes, and modular design patterns
- Develop multi-step forms, progressive disclosure patterns, and complex data entry interfaces
- Create dynamic dashboards with charts, data tables, filtering systems, and real-time updates
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or related technical field
- Background in creating admin dashboards, workflow management tools, or complex business applications
- Experience designing multi-step processes, form-heavy applications, and complex user workflows
- Understanding of role-based interface design and permission-driven user experiences
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
