Zurich North America is looking for a Document Management System (DMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) - IBM FileNet to support and advise on the development of applications by understanding the requirements of customers and recommending application performance improvements to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Requirements
- As a subject matter expert for IBM FileNet P8, including IBM Content Navigator Case Manager and Process Engine
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
- Practical experience managing, implementing projects, and operational support for Content Management (FileNet desired) systems
- Practical experience managing, implementing projects, and operational support for Content Intake solutions utilizing OCR & AI capabilities for Content Management systems
- Practical experience managing, implementing projects, and operational support for Content Creation (Adobe Experience Manager / Forms or Oracle Documaker desired) systems
- Practical experience utilizing Microsoft and Java languages along with .NET and Java frameworks in delivering IT projects
- Practical experience utilizing Agile / Scrum methodology to lead / deliver IT projects
Responsibilities
- As a subject matter expert for IBM FileNet P8, including IBM Content Navigator Case Manager and Process Engine
- Leverage AI and machine learning technologies for document classication, data extraction, natural language processing (NLP) and auto-tagging
- Engage with the solution architect in the reviews and validation of the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements; validate suppliers estimates.
- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables.
- Support and review the documentation of functional specifications.
- Make recommendations for application performance improvements.
- Perform impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system.

- Work with IT Leadership and stakeholders in the identification of improvement opportunities and prioritizing based on stakeholder needs and strategic direction
- Drives the execution of a number of initiatives that deliver IT Service Excellence and support the IT strategic direction.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with business partners and ensure alignment to group standards and policies.
- Understand customers’ processes and products and how they fit within the goals of the function or business unit.
- Act as liaison between the Business and IT, as assigned.
