A fast-growing medical device company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth.
Requirements
- Strong scientific and technical knowledge to understand complex medical technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Create value propositions, positioning, messaging, and content for commercial growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to support revenue-generating activities.
- Represent the voice of the customer by building key relationships and conducting market research to support product development and clinical strategies.
- Formulate and execute global launch plans, including commercialization strategy, clinical publication strategy, competitive positioning, and training.
- Provide product training to both the sales team and customers for new and existing products.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal and external teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Sales.
- Act as a market expert by analyzing reports, identifying trends, and communicating with key customers.

- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record.
- The ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet tight deadlines while working well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
