Requirements
- Expert knowledge of modern design/prototyping tools
- 1-2 years of User Experience design experience or demonstrated competency
- Demonstrated ability in one more additional areas of user-centered design such as content strategy, information architecture, or visual design
- Experience working in modern research, prototyping, and design tools
- Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture and interaction design
- Take ownership for self-development, stay current with design patterns, best practices, and tools in the field of UX.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining, developing, and deploying data, analytics and reporting products and services that integrate and convey complex data/information and maintains data catalog to provide key data sources to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop Business Intelligence (BI) visualizations and KPIs by configuring BI software and performing data cleansing and mapping from various systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues impacting data quality and reporting.
- Liaise with senior team members, IT and Business Operations on more complex data issues and configuration.
- Draft detailed process documentation for data collection, mapping, validation, analysis, and visualization.
- Document and deliver end-user training, work instructions and job aids.
- Performs other duties as directed.

- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated competency in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or successful completion of the DPI career development program.
- Entry level. Generally, 0–1-year related experience or demonstrated competency
