UL Solutions is looking to enhance its data-driven decision-making process by developing and deploying data, analytics, and reporting products and services. The company needs to integrate and convey complex data/information, maintain a data catalog, and provide key data sources to stakeholders. This role will contribute to improving data quality, troubleshooting reporting issues, and ensuring efficient data management.
Requirements
- SQL experience
- PowerBI, Python, and Excel experience
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining, developing, and deploying data, analytics and reporting products and services that integrate and convey complex data/information and maintains data catalog to provide key data sources to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop Business Intelligence (BI) visualizations and KPIs by configuring BI software and performing data cleansing and mapping from various systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues impacting data quality and reporting.
- Liaise with senior team members & cross functional teams on more complex data issues and configuration.
- Draft detailed process documentation for data collection, mapping, validation, analysis, and visualization.
- Document and deliver end-user training, work instructions and job aides.
