Amivero is looking to modernize federal government IT systems by developing and maintaining high-performance Drupal websites that provide essential services and information to the public.
Requirements
- Experience with software development, software architecture, APIs, and microservices
- Experience with building software using agile methods
- Experience with full stack development including the Drupal Content Management System and PHP
- Experience with build, deployment, and release automation and orchestration in a DevOps environment including Harness
- Experience supporting enterprise Cloud applications or infrastructure
- Experience with infrastructure as code environments, including any activities around automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, and monitoring and testing, such as CI/CD
- Experience writing and evaluating user stories, acceptance criteria, and pull-requests
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Drupal Customer Service Web Portal
- Design and implement new features and functionality in Drupal.
- Create custom modules and themes based on project requirements.
- Provide content management portal to be used for communicating with the public, utilizing the Drupal open-source content management tool in DHS Web Content Management as a Service (WCMaaS) cloud offering.
- Develop expertise and infrastructure services to support, maintain and modernize primary public interface for information and services.
- Ensure high-performance and availability of Drupal sites.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.

- DHS USCIS Public Trust preferred
- Bachelor Degree + 3 years of experience
- Experience working in HCD, Agile and DevSecOps environments
- Experience Lean Design, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
