The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control is seeking an experienced Drupal Developer to join their development team to design, develop, and maintain high-traffic Drupal-based web applications and websites.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Drupal 8/9/10 development.
- Expert-level proficiency in PHP and OOP principles.
- Strong understanding of Drupal’s API, database architecture, caching, and security best practices.
- Experience developing custom modules and themes from scratch.
- Proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3/Sass, modern JavaScript (React or Vue preferred).
- Experience with Drush, Composer, Git, and relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB).
- Experience with headless/decoupled Drupal architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Drupal websites and web applications.
- Develop custom Drupal modules and themes using PHP, Twig, and JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services, including CRMs, payment gateways, and authentication systems.
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to coding standards.
- Manage deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Drupal core, modules, and integrations.
