Haworth is looking for a Product Sales Support Specialist to join their DTC team to drive revenue growth by qualifying and converting leads, nurturing prospects, and processing orders for potential and returning customers.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in customer, product, and inside sales support.
- Proficient in Micrsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Experience with CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics.
- Experience with nurturing and closing business products deals.
- Experience interacting with Ecommerce clients.
- Experience in the office furniture industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage a designated sales pipeline, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Develop and follow up on new sales opportunities such as web orders, abandoned carts and warm lead opportunities via outbound emails, calls and website traffic follow ups.
- Handles online sales and product inquiries, develops deep product knowledge, and uses a consultative approach to uncover client needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, current marketing promotions, and internal processes and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and target clients; provide follow up and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for repeat business.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer and client experience and drive additional profit and revenue.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
- 3 years of inside sales experience.
