ECPI University is looking to enhance the student, faculty, and staff experience by designing, building, and supporting applications that advance their digital ecosystem through innovative solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Proficiency with C-Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience building workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure services, and SQL Server.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-300/MB-500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
  • Configure and extend Dataverse entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles to support business and academic needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications (student information systems, learning management systems, HR, finance, etc.) to streamline data and processes.
  • Partner with business analysts, faculty, and administrative staff to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 configurations, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to IT colleagues and campus stakeholders.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements following best practices.
