The company is looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Developer to assist in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Sales, Customer Engagement (CE) and related Power Platform technologies. The goal is to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that drive business process automation, data integration, and digital transformation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proficiency in Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Understanding of data modeling, business process automation, formulas, and Power Fx.
- Experience with Azure services, PowerShell, or custom connectors is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, and compliance best practices.
- Experience connecting SQL Server to the Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, customization and deployment of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations using C-Sharp, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Build and optimize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate flows integrated with Dynamics 365.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Azure services, and third-party systems using APIs, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power and Azure updates, best practices and emerging technologies.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops to educate users on D365 features and best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support internal IT projects, including the adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions and third-party tools.
