VetsEZ is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) project, aiming to improve business operations through the design, customization, and maintenance of solutions in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C-Sharp, .NET, Power Platform).
- Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) and DevOps practices.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and ensure performance optimization.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.

- The candidate must reside within the continental US.
- Prior federal government experience supporting or implementing CRM solutions.
- Experience working with the VA or other federal agencies.
- Active or the ability to obtain a government clearance.
- Background in data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
