The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking to enhance the Veteran experience by implementing scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C-Sharp, .NET, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365 development.
- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
- Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.

- Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
- Prior experience collaborating with VA stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
