LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize their Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role aims to support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and data visualization efforts to align the CRM system with business needs and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
- Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
- Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
- Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development and automation.
- Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10%, domestic travel.
