Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Hybris.
- Broad knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, J2EE, Spring, Python, Perl and PHP.
- Understanding of web services and APIs like RESTful and SOAP.
- Knows Agile practices for development.
- Knows design patterns, UML, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience handling database schemas in source code.
- Knows modernized development process best practices that leverage automated builds, automated testing, and DevOps support.
Responsibilities
- Under general direction, designs and builds eCommerce applications using an eCommerce platform such as Hybris, database query languages, and web programming languages.
- Solves complex problems based on expertise with designing eCommerce solution.
- Interacts with business customers to formulate and define system scope and objectives.
- Conducts data modeling, configuration, specification development, coding, testing, and documentation.
Other
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff, as well as business management.
- This position is based 100% onsite in the office, Monday through Friday.
