Air Liquide Large Industries needs to optimize its supply network for high reliability and energy efficiency, enabling quicker and more effective adjustments to supply needs and supporting customer growth. The VIE will contribute to implementing data-driven solutions to improve customer behavior understanding, optimize operational efficiency, and empower business decisions.

Requirements

  • Ability to accurately manage and analyze large quantities of data
  • Proficiency with at least one coding language a plus (Python, R, SQL)
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools a plus (PowerBI, PI Vision, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Working with E2E planning and execution teams to deploy new E2E tools and processes
  • Scoping, aligning and developing dashboard solution for monitoring KPIs (capacity degredation, target dispatch, etc)
  • Working with the Technical Resource Team to support the maintenance and transition of data interfaces with LI's new SCADA system
  • Support planning teams by maintaining and strategically improving operations forecasting methods and capabilities

Other

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Data Analytics
  • Demonstrated project planning and management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solution/outcome oriented in an environment with limited oversight
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Position based in HOUSTON TEXAS, USA for an initial period of 18 months, (extendable once).
  • Position open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program. Therefore, only the applicants meeting the requirements of the French V.I.E program will be taken into consideration.
  • The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.
