RTX is looking for a Project Engineer to work with the Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) Supplier Design Equipment (SDE) Team to manage project plans, track status updates, and oversee action items to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of project management principles, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and resources.
- Understanding of core engineering concepts, with the ability to apply technical knowledge in practical scenarios.
- Background in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage Supplier Request for Information (SRI) processes, ensuring timely responses and accurate data tracking.
- Facilitate professional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solving challenges and driving project progress.
- Maintain project plans, status updates, and action items, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, supporting quality assurance and regulatory requirements.

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August 2025 (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity.)
